[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in delivery of order id OD[protected] | |
I had ordered lg g8x mobile on 16 October 2020 and the delivery date given by flipkart was 20 October 2020. But the product was not delivered on 20 October and On 21 October i called customer care support and they said that my product will be delivered by 26 October. But the product was not delivered on that day also. For the last 5 days the customer care support saying that your issue has been registered and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But the issue is not resolved till now on 29 October and not any update is given that when my order delivery will take place. I have tracked my order on ekart logistics website and the order is shipped on 17 October but it is on the same location from last 12 days. Flipkart is not giving any solution and update regarding my order and making me fool.
