Flipkart — Delay in delivery of redmi 3s

Order no - od[protected]. I was order on 12 oct 16 and it he delivery date was 22 oct. The associated courier is #bluedart dhl. But i was not deliver in that date so i call costumer care of flipkart, that said 26 oct. But still not i can't found my product. On the delivery date they increasing date and now the date was 29 oct. It was too late. Regd mob no [protected]
