I has been booked a leeco le 1s mobile from flipkart on 22DE.2016 AT 11.34AM against order number(OD[protected] and expected date was given on 31 dec.2016 by flipkart and payment already done throught credit card (the some of rupees 8999) at the time of booking but the item is not deliver to me up to till date(04 JAN 2017) i was contect flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern compney Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We tried contacting the customer but with no luck, issue has been escalated to relevant team.
Verified Support Jan 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed that the product was delayed as it was out of stock and the delivery is rescheduled to 7th Jan 2017.
