[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in order delivery | |||||
This is regarding delay in delivery of my orders (order id: OD[protected], OD[protected] Email id. [protected]@gmail.com both these orders were supposed to be delivered by 1st july and 30th june respectively. But till date there have been no update regarding the status of the orders, even your customer care representative are unable to answer the reason for delay and they are giving lame excuses to just wait and keep waiting, moreover there have been no response to emails also. Such a pathetic service was not expected from your end that you cant even inform customer about the products for which he had already paid. There is no transparency in your service which make customers feel cheated. Kindly revert back with a genuine reason asap bcoz m tired of hearing to wait for the product. Jul 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved How could this issue can be marked as resolve. There is not even a single response from the company about the problem stated. Every time i have to call them up regarding update of the status. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
