[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in return and refund of order id[protected] | |||||
I, ARADHYA RASTOGI ([protected]@gmail.com), ordered FabAlley women maxi pink dress size M on 11th September and it was delivered to me on 13th September 2018. I had paid the amount of Rs.770/- by cash on delivery. I generated the return request on 17 September and got 21 September as the pick up date. Since then I have been contacting the customer support team daily to know the status of my request and they say that the status has not been updated to delivered with the seller. This is such a big fraud as they didn't hesitate at the time of taking the money and now even after a month the seller says that the product has not been delivered. This glitch is on Flipkart's end and being a customer I'm suffering without any mistake of mine. Daily for the past 20 days, they say wait for 1-2 days or 5 days, that we assure you that a resolution will be provided but no serious action has been taken and the return and refund are still pending even after almost a month. Daily a new person asks all the details, for hours I have to explain everything from the beginning like I have no other work to do. I've given the required snapshots of invoice and dress twice and the bank details twice but still the status remains the same. I'm attaching the screenshots of email and invoice and the no. Of times they have asked for a days time and delayed the issue. I want the return and refund to happen at the earliest and if not then I'll drag Flipkart down on every social media platform now about how they cheat and trouble the customers. When will the return request get processed. It has been 25 days since I placed it and number of complains in the follow up. When will the refund be initiated? Do it ASAP
