[Resolved] Flipkart — delayed delivery of my order

Delay of delivery of my order from flipkart. I ordered a sleepwell mattress. Promised delivery date was 14th august, my order was out for delivery from 14 july but i didn't get it. On 16th august i recieved a txt msg from e-kart logistic, that they will deliver tomorrow means on 17th of august but they didnt delivered till now. When i was called the flipkart costomer care they asked me a time till 19th august. After that they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution from their end. I was not recieved any resolution or my product from them till today. Everytime i call the customer care they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. Every time same reply from them. Even i am unable to cancel my order. My order is prepaid by credit card. I have sent many mail to them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Company cancelled the order and tell me to re order, as their courier company partner was not able to deliver the product. Ammount will be credited back in my account in 8 days.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

However, the seller has completed the refund on 24 Aug 19 and it will be reflected in your credit card on 03 Sep 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
