I had ordered a headset on 3rd oct.. now its 15th.The product has reached the hub near me.Now they are returning the product due to a minor pincode mismatch.Note that both pincodes are servicable and within the same city (small distance).I told that i will go and collect it from them, their support agents were so stuborn and they never offered me any help. asked me to cancel my order and place a new one. PATHETIC SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN TILL DATE.FLIPKART DELIVERY AND SUPPORT IS REAL PATHETIC.NO WHERE NEAR AMAZON. AMAZON IS THE BEST. Was this information helpful? | |||
