[Resolved] Flipkart — delaying refund process | |||
I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4g phone from flipkart..but it has serious heating, hanging and camera issues..so i had to return it...the new device which i got is also faulty.. similar problems..when i contacted their customer cell they asked me to install smart check app and wait for one day...then when they called they performed the check and agreed to initiate refund...but then I didn't have my bank account details ready..so I was asked to call the next day...but afterwards they made me wait once again for 1 week to get a call from their tech team...when I got the call they said my device is proper..its funny to hear that device camera doesn't work because I've installed more apps !! saying this they declined my request...its not because of too much apps...this device hangs even while typing !! flipkart is cheating people and filling their pockets Was this information helpful? | |||
