[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered a damaged washing machine and delay for the replacement item | |||
We ordered samsung 6.5 kg washing machine from flipkart on 07 jan 2018 which is delivered on 09 jan 2018. The product was fully damaged. The outside box itself broken which is hide using cello tape. The delivery person must knew this demage but he delivered. We raised a return request within 10 mins when the order got delivered and we wait for more than 5dyas, still no service was provided by flipkart. We called sevaral times to flipkart customer care but they didn't give proper response. They just said that their tech person will visit the product but no one is come. We skipped our pongal bus ticket due to this and wait for the tech person visit. I am totally depressed. Flipkart dindt value our money. My product order id is od[protected].
