[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered a different model and not accepting the reason for return

Ordered for titan 1773sl02 karishma watch - for men, on 25/07/2018-order id: od[protected]. But delivered titan 1773yl03 karishma watch - for men on 28/07/2018. Return request was rejected stating that the"reason for the return request is incorrect". Once again i have sent return request on 29/07/2018 return reference id:[protected]. If it is possible rectify the mistake and re-send the ordered model titan 1773sl02 karishma watch - for men within 4days which i ordered for the purpose of giving gift otherwise please cancel the order. It seems the seller is not having any track record of the item delivered and in stock ? It is really surprising and unbelievable !!? If my reason for return request is incorrect what else you are expecting?
