[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivered defective product. | |||
I had purchased Nokia Lumia 730 (Order ID: OD[protected] on 13th January 15, product was delivered to me on 15th Jan 2015, after using it for 10 mins i realised that the battery is getting heated up significantly. So i raised a replacement request with Flipkart. The Person from Flipkart who had called me was not ready to listen to my issue and behaved rudely. I want this defective product be replaced at the earliest and the person who behaved rudely should be taken proper action. Was this information helpful? | |||
