I have ordered one Lenovo K3 note during big billion sale which got delivered after one week. Used it for a day and found that the call quality was worst and my wifi was not working. Called customer care and they were telling stories. They rejected my request for replacement. I don't want this K3 note now and can't even trust these stupid big billion sales anymore. They have parceled a faulted product and now they are saying they can neither return it nor replace it. I want my product to be returned and the amount to be refunded.
