[Resolved]  Flipkart — delivered wrong book and delay in new book now

Sir, i had placed an order of "spectrum a brief history of modern india" book on 18th march but unfortunately i received wrong book i. E previous edition (2016) and what i ordered for 2017 edition on 21st march. I then assured by your executive that i would get right book till 28th march as i requested for replacement of wrong book but i didn't get any book till 28th and i thought i should wait for more days but they cancelled my order on 31st march without informing me or without contact to me. I called to executive and request him to lodged a complaint of no delivery and resolve my issue. He assured me that my issue will go to concerned team and i should wait till 7th april. Concerned team didn't contact me and i got new msg that i should wait till 8th april 5:30 pm. I agin called to executive and he accepted my return request once again and again assured my to get my order till 13th april. Again i called him on same day two times and on 14th he again told me that your issued will escalated to concern team. Today is 15th and i got new mail at 4:19 am that my ordered is cancelled. I called to executive again today and she assured me that my issue escalated to concern team and resolve by 18th april 4:30pm.
Sir what i should do right now. What is going on with me. I am your regular customer with different accounts. I always prefer flipkart. This is my worst order. I m really very disappointed with this. I m preparing for civil services and this book is very important as far as this exam is concerned. 1month hv already wasted my time on this issue. 10-12 executive assured me to solve this issue. Please dont do this with student atleast. I m very upset sir plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

Customer has raised the complaint stating he has received the book of different edition. We have interacted with customer, apologized and informed seller has approved for replacement. Customer has confirmed that replacement is delivered with correct edition. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
