[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery and installation | |
I have ordered a product (Bosch 6.5 kg fully automatic washing machine order id od[protected]. This order was placed on 1st oct'19 and was scheduled to arrive on 17th oct'19 (Which is already a long time). It got delivered to me on 20th oct'19. The installation also got delayed got rescheduled on 23rd oct'19. But on the day i did not receive any update from flipkart regarding the installation of product. I have raised complaint with flipkart support but they are closing my request without any resolution/update. This is a paid product and i got so many troubles due to this. The return policy of this product ends on 30th oct'19 and till now i have not seen my product which is completely unacceptable. I feel cheated and would like to draw you attention and request you to help in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
