[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery and rude behavior | |||||
I have ordered my mobile on 13th oct 2018, and my promised delivery date was 18th october. On 18th oct they mentioned in the tracking of the website that it was misrouted to another city when i'm asking customer executive that my order is getting late but they are replying like 'you can cancel the order if you want'. I feel it as too rude and moreover today which is 20th oct but still, i didn't receive my order. And when i call the customer care they're telling that promised date was changed to 24th oct else you can cancel the order. I need to take action against the flipkart india and i need a compensation for that rude behavior and bad service. They're not even bothering about my concern, i have to go hometown today, i already have postponed the travel because of this order earlier. And now again i have to postpone my travel for this order. Status is showing shipment is nearby me but delivering to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
