[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery boy refused to change the mobile even without diagnosing | |
I have placed an order for a mobile through flipkart's exchange offer. When the pickup agent came he rejected my exchange even without switching on my phone. He told there is a scratch on back cover by which it needs a telescope to spot it. He even didnt checked the display, battery, or anything else. He just took the photos of scratches and send that photos to his superior. He told him to refuse the exchange even without diagonising. I have read all the terms and conditions of flipkart and after that i opted for the exchange. The delivery boy told me that their superiors (Ekart superiors) told him that if they got any pphone with complaint they need to pay the fine for it. But i have passed all the conditions flipkart told and the only reason that i was exchanging my phone is upgradation to 4g. Where my samsung a5 was a 3g model. After the refusal i went to ekart warehouse for a clarification on this matter. Met the manager in charge, he examined my phone and did a hardware check, even he told that there is no issue with hard ware, but flipkart insist them to collect new looking phones only.
