[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delivery delay and not despatching it after it reached bangalore mother hub

My order was supposed to be received on 20th august is still in transit.
The item has reached Bangalore but haven’t shipped from there to Kerala yet.
Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]

There were 3 updates at different time on same day that the item has reached Bangalore motherhub. Though it has reached abangalore on 20th morning, the produt it not despatched from there to next location.
I tried contacting customer are and all the time the all was abruptedly disconnected by the customer care agents.

Please look into the issue as it already passed the promised delivery date

I didn't understand, why my order Is being redirected from Bengaluru to Kolar and vice-versa for 3 days. Once it has reached Bengaluru, why there is a delay in delivering the product.
