Flipkart — Vivo T4 Lite 5G

I have ordered this mobile on August 30 with prepaid, after three days on 2 September it's out for delivery. Today is 12th September but till now it's showing arriving today. Not delivering. No call, and also it is reached at hub so even I can't cancel or return to get my refund. It's frustrating me.
