[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of a defective mobile set, with defective camera | |||||
I ravinder kumar has ordered a new redmi note 4 on 20 jul 17 when i was in mumbai, on my wives name Mrs Shashi, it was delivered at my house in delhi on 21 jul 17. After i came back to Delhi on 02 Aug 17 i opened the sealed packet was surprised to see that its camera was not working. I called up fillpkart but they denied to replace it and said, the returned policy only works upto 10 days, and i have to go to the service center to get it done. I went to the service center where that mobile is still lying from 05 of Aug 17. i m deeply unsatisfied from the delivery system of flipkart and very frustrated of it. I payed the full money to flipkart still i am not having the thing in my hand since a month. Now I want my valuable money back and request to take that peice of junk back from me as soon as possible.
