[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of defective product and promised for pickup | |||
Flipkart team delivered a defective washing machine and they admitted that they will pickup the product and refund the money. As per their promise it supposed to be picked up in march and i was given with multiple dates for pickup may14, 31, june8, 9, 10, 29, 30, july 8, 9. I got a below message on july 2nd "return update: pickup services have resumed and your bosch 7 kg fully automatic front load silver is scheduled to be picked up by 09 jul 2020. Please keep all items received ready in the product box, along with the tags, accessories, and the invoice for a seamless pickup experience. Kindly note, the pickup date is subject to change based on the government guidelines for your zone. Thanks for your patience. Regards, flipkart" but in their website, they have cancelled the pickup on july 3rd. I have lost in flipkart company, i have almost spent 32000 rupees and mentally under depression for more than 4 months starting from march 7th to till date. Please consumer forum, interfere into this situation and do the justice or else i have to take weird decision like commit suicide. Being a middle class family, i know what is the value of 32000 especially during corona pandemic. I have already detailed everything in ticket 2073373. Company replied that they have tried to connect me and asked for alternative number. I have almost raised 42 complaints and in every complaint i have provided my alternate numbers but they didn't provide any resultion.
