Flipkart — Delivery of faulty split AC by flipkart

I had purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton split ac on 3rd Oct 2021 and it was delivered on 5th October 2021. After installation, the AC was found defective. The water tray of the AC was broken. I had contacted flipkart customer care for replacement of the faulty spare. However, I have not received any support from Flipkart on this issue till date.
I had also communicated with Samsung on this issue. Samsung has denied any support and asked to take up the issue with Flipkart for solution.
Now that I have purchased the AC unit from Flipkart, I expect Flipkart to provide a solution on the defective AC delivered to me by Flipkart. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Note: The delivery was done vide flipkart shipment I'd FMPN[protected].
