[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of mobile handset | |
I booked my order with you against order no. OD[protected]. The consignment of the good was sent by you through Delhivery Courier against their tracker no. "awb[protected]". I received sms on 27 December that the consignment is out for delivery and will reach me shortly. I repeatedly contacted Delhivery people on their phone no. [protected] however, every time I was given assurance that the consignment is on the way however, it has not yet reached me after a lapse of 3 days. Please look into the matter and ensure that the delivery of consignment is made today i.e. on 30.12.2014. The poor services rendered by the Delhivery people are very pathetic and you are loosing a customer like me who will think twice to book order with your couriers are lazy and making fun with the customers.

Verified Support Dec 30, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, He wanted to cancel the order because of the delay, Informed customer to provide us some time so that we can update the status on the delivery, Customer agreed to wait till tomorrow.

I called at your customer service center for four times but so far did not get any solution of my problem. Though I shop many times from Flipkart but never faced this kind of trouble ever.
When contacted on the number provided in the message the 1st agent was not of much help to me, 2nd agent garrenteed me the delivery in the in end of the day, talked with the same person again said the samething, the 3rd agent to whom i spoke was nither of any help infact he was being anoying, and was arrogent.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible.
