Flipkart — Delivery person has no etiquette on how to communicate with customer od[protected]

Delivery person called me over the phone and tells me that he wants me to come to his location and pick this item. He speaks very rudely and says he is doing me a favor. Then he tell me the item can get damaged and this would be my responsibility when I said I cannot come to his location. When I told him no such thing will happen, no damage, and I will not come and pick this item as this is service of FLIPKART, he hangs the call. Kerala people have an attitude to being with in their blood. Living in USA and other metros around India, its sad to see the justification of Kerala Delivery people. Phone number he called my from [protected]. Now I have wasted my time and I don't even know if this item would be delivered. If this is the way FLIPKART has their delivery team in place in other cities of KERALA then they need to rethink or change the delivery companies they deal with.
