[Resolved] Flipkart — Dell Inspiron 5000 series - Overheating | |||
Subject: complaint against the product Dell Inspiron 5000 series and the flipcart service Respected sir, I'm Claude Dsouza filing this complaint against the product dell Inspiron 5000 series that I recently bought from flipcart. I bought the laptop for an urgent need to do my college project. But the laptop overheated from day. The apps too shut down suddenly. Immediately I filed a request for refund. I received a message from flipcart saying that the service will take proceed with the request. But it actually didn't give any respond for a week. After a week someone calls from service center to fix the issues. The instructor asked me to update to windows 8.1 and install bios. I did but it didn't work that way. Then I filed a complaint for a second time for which I received a message saying that they will replace the product on July 5th. But they didn't keep up their word. Because of the bad service and bad product piece, my assignments were delayed which affected the grades. I really need an answer. Consider, the issues and provide me a refund. I don't want a replacement. I would rather shop it onsite. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
