[Resolved] Flipkart — dell inspiron 5567 i3 6th gen | |||||
I have ordered dell inspiron 5567 i3 6th gen laptop from flipkart 0n 23 jan and it was delivered on 28 jan.. But when i saw the product i noticed that the product has no 'backlight keyboard'.. I have called to their support center and enquired and the executive told it has backlight keyboard and he told some check list to turn on the backlight keyboard. But it has not worked and he has forwarded the issue. But i did not get any call back from concerned flipkart team regarding the issue. Instead of when i have called them they putting the call on hold for 15 min and disconnected 5 times.. Kindly help me on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
