Flipkart — Did not deliver my Mobile | |||||
I have ordered two phones separately and also 2 order ID is also generated.But they give the delivery in a same package. I have ordered one for me and another for myself.I could not take one of the products (Redmi Note 3S Prime)as my friend was out of the city for some health issue.I have approached the delivery boy as well as Customer care giving the same reason but they refused to help saying that "you have to take both the order". So here my Question is Why Flipkart Shipped this Two products Combinedly as I have place two different Order? Customer Care giving the stupid reason saying that as the product and Name is same so they shipped it as Combinedly. For my Orders Delivery Partner is WS retailer. So you could not request the WS retailer or Ekart to separately send only Redmi Note 3S 16 GB? I am tried calling to customer care and they are repeatedly telling that it is a automated combined delivery. I understand machines is a automated but you people who are a part of Customer care team are human beings and can understand the situations and understanding the situation, you can do the manual changes in the Order. At least I can Expect it from india's Leading Commerce Compaby. If not then you are not supposed to be the best. Even your customer care executives talking so roughly as I have done some serious crime.Please give some respect to the customer at least. Suggestion... Was this information helpful? | |||||
