[Resolved]  Flipkart — didn't get my mobile phone yet

Address:A-406 , TTC Industrial Area , MIDC Mahape, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400710

I ordered my phone on 1st october 2019. I didnt got the problem till now. My order no - od[protected]. I paid 14, 399 through credit card. I ordered it on flipkart big billion day and i got discount of 10% as the amount was 16000 and i paid 14399 as a discounted price. Whenever i call they give me deadline of 24 hours. Please help me if you can

We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product POCO F1 by Xiaomi (Steel Blue, 128 GB) has been cancelled by Logistic due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order.

However, the seller has completed the refund on 05 Nov 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 15 Nov 2019.

Seller has also refunded the difference amount of Rs.1400/- to your bank account.

Dear sir, my filpkart account blocked 04 Oct 2019, I already complaint in customer care, but till now no response, and my order all cancelled but refund money not added my account, While I'm a filpkart plus member
