[Resolved] Flipkart — Didn't provide me the refund or replacement for the defective product | |||||
My email address [protected]@gmail.com I had purchased an sandisk ultra 64 gb memory card worth rs.1, 499/- from flipkart.com. I found that it isn't working. On all the devices (Phone, tablet, laptop, pc) it is not working. When i requested for the replacement the delivery boy came and checked the product and said that he doesn't have any confirmation to pick up & refused to pick up. But i told him i got a message and your number in the message and i have also email for the pickup confirmation but he refused to pick up the product. Then i told this to the flipkart customer care executive and they told me that the delivery boy will pick up my product on the next given date then again the delivery boy came and refused to pick up my product and said that this time he didn't have any confirmation of his senior regarding my product.
