[Resolved] Flipkart — Didn't receive the product at the delivery | |||||
Order id: od[protected] Product: apple watch sport 38 mm space grey aluminium case with sport band black smartwatch The seller didn't send the product only... Sent a wooden piece and if i raise a return request or to refund they are not even doing that... My whole lot money is gone and i don't even have product,... And if i speak to flipkart customer care manager... He is suspecting on me... The worst scenario... Can't assure the product first and suspecting on me only... You all are so worst that you aren't ready to accept the mistake... Worst flipkart... I don't want product also man... I'll buy from amazon just give me my money atleast back... I have raised return request on 22nd december at around 6 pm when i received no product... And now it is 24th december... 7.30 pm near... Whenever i call customer care there is only a same saying... Sir please wait for 24 hours more and sorry for the inconvenience caused thank you and have a nice day... I'm feed up now... This is last i'm complaining here... After this i'm going for consumer court... Because it isn't a small amount for our family... It is a more then a one month payment of my dad's salary... Only because i wanted it... He has spent... Verified Support Jan 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer (Akhilesh on [protected]) says about missing product. Apologized to customer and informed as per the FRM update as mentioned below. Customer is not willing to understand and says he have not received product. Apologized and informed we will not be able to provide return. Customer agreed and closing the case.FRM Update : Customer is a fraud confirmed by FPI team. Account remains blocked. Kindly do not entertain any request from this customer. | |||||
