[Resolved] Flipkart — different and wrong canon dslr camera was delivered by flipkart and retailnet | |||
I had ordered canon eos 80d dslr camera body with single lens: ef-s 18-135 is usm (16 gb sd card) (Black) on 12 april, 2019 and it was delivered to me on 17 april, 2019. When i opened the box then i found canon dslr recived to me is not same as that was ordered by me. It is different from ordered one.. My order was of value inr 78999. Order id od[protected]. When i raised a replacement request for this then after some time it was rejected and also my flipkart account is deactivated. Again by reverting back to their customer support mail my account was activated and again when i raised a return request they cancelled again my return request and also gain deactivated my flipkart account. When i contacted flipkart customer support on their toll free number [protected] then flipkart's senior executive denied to help me in this case. I hope i will definitely get a right resolution from here. So please help me as soon as possible. I shopped it from retailnet on flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||

They just deactivated my account and and i am unable raise new return/replacement request. Flipkart just denied to replace/ return the wrong canon dslr delivered to me. so please help me as soon as possible. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
