Flipkart — different washing machine model supplied by flipkart | |||
I have bought this product in exchange scheme on 13th oct'19, and they delivered it on 14th oct'19 and taken my old machine but when installer open the box it was the wrong model and different colour. Therefore i talked with flipkart for exchange but they took casually and after plenty of calls and escalations, they are just making a call w/o any commitment. Still i am waiting for a machine, i have stuck now due to no money back policy, even i don't have any machine right now till today i. E 21st oct '19. Just one important note when anyone order a machine, flipkart took only one day for delivery but when they delivered wrong / defective itesm they never bother for customer and they took endless time...
