Flipkart — Disputed mobile | |||||
I have purchased a intex cloud string on 9/9/2016. After receiving the product i discovered it as a faulty one. I called them repeatedly and asked them to replace it. But they checked somehow over mobile and told me it is in proper use. But after using this faulty set over a month it has stopped working. I went to intex service centre and they took my ph. They assured me that the product was defective from the beginning. Now when i contacted flipkart they are telling me that they cant change it as it has already exceeded 10 days. But i contacted them within 3 days after receiving my product. So by paying 6000 i received a faulty handset. I want my money back.
