[Resolved]  Flipkart — doa certificate issued by the samsung buy flipkart have not replaced / refunded. false promises made time to time.

I ordered samsung galaxy s7 gold platinum from flipkart on and received defective piece on[protected] when i raised an issue on customer care to replace the product they replaced but replacement product again defected (Dot mark present on display) second time flipkart denied replacement so i visited samsung authorised service centre, they issued doa certificate, so i made contact to flipkart customer care and also attached all the details that they asked for (Service centre address, exact issue, doa number). As i uploaded all details and sent mail on[protected]. They said somebody will contact you within 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs there is no contact from flipkart side then we again

Drop a mail to resolution team and call to customer care. They told us that somebody will call you in 24 hr but still no call received. After such type of behavior
From flipkart i again call in customer care and then they again said that somebody from your team will call you in 24 hrs
But again they didn't call. I again call after 24 hrs to customer care and they are again saying the same thing that somebody will call you in 24 yrs.
I would really like to understand what does 24hrs means it has been more than 7 days since the dispute raised (23 oct 2017) and it has been more than 8 days.

After every deadline miss (1-72hrs, 2-48 hrs, 3-24hrs, 4- 72hrs) i called up flipkart support to known the status of the dispute but only response i got was that "our backend team is working on it" and they are not providing any status update.
Yesterday evening also i called up the customer support to know the status but same response "our backend team is working on it" and by today (29 oct) noon an update will be received.
As highly expected, nobody turned up to provide an update on the issue, again failed deadline problem in which flipkart seems to be have an expertise, i called
Customer support around 1pm to know if any clue is provided by backend team but again the same response by tomorrow i'll get an update which i surely know that it will be "our backend team is working on it"
Please help me understand the meaning of hours and what is the meaning of the slogan "our backend team is working on it".
My simple and clear request is that will i get a replacement or refund or not. If replacement cannot be done then what is
The next step i should follow.
If flipkart backend team is so busy in their work that they cannot provide an update over the phone can they send a simple mail for update? If nothing can be done then they should at least update the internal portal that backend team is no longer working on the issue so that when i call customer support they should be able to respond that backend team is no longer working on the issue and now customer is on its own to handle the issue.
I don't able to understand why flipkart is taking so long to update on the simple yes/no response and on what big thing this backend team is working. Is there a
Deadline for them also or is it like a indefinite timeline for them.

Yesterday i received a call from their team, they told me return request has been raised and product will be picked up on 3 nov and amount will be refunded in 4 days, but today i'm seeing on flipkart app msg is showing "return rejected" also received a msg "return update: sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for samsung galaxy s7 with order id od[protected]."

Amount has been refunded but no compensation has been provided for :

1. Investment made on accessories of that particular phone( now there is no use for those accessories )

2. Interest on 28490 /- (amount refunded after more than a month )

3. Faced mental agony

4. Time wastage ( several hours and several time contacted their customer care executives )

5. Purchased phone during big billion sale, that time phone cost after cashback amount was 28490, but now it's cost me 33490.

Compensation should be provided on above mentioned grounds.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
