Flipkart — Double EMI deduction under same product | |
I had Ordered a Mi 4A 100 CM(40 INCH) Full HD LED Smart Android TV through Flipkart against Bill No.: (OD[protected]./ May 24, 2021 / 22999 +1299(complete TV protuction) ) through EMI scheme of 12 months, however it was noticed that from last 5 months EMI deducted for the same are double the EMI amount which was earlier fixed(2198 ) one is under my City bank account and the second for Flipkart banglaore. and am trying to contact Flipkart and they are not ready to help to solve this. I am not at all satisfied with your customer support. Based on the issue, I have been in contact with Flipkart Customer Service on October 12, 2021, and I have not received any updates or support from your team. They are treating me extremely badly and after fixing this issue I am not going to use Flipkart.
