Hello sir/maim Maine ek mobile order kiya tha Nokia 105 but Jo Maine dekha tha ye wo item nai h. Mai apna cash refund k liye kitne bar try kr chuki hu but apke flipkart team reject kr dete h. Last refunt k liye Maine kl try kiya tha Jo ki accept bhi ho gaya tha but apke team se kisi ne call kr k MNA kr diya ki aaj hmari chutti h or fir se mera refund ka process cancel kr diya gaya. Mujhe replacement nai chahiye yaa to aap refund do yaa fir mujhe Kuch or order krne do please mera refund ka process aap check kro Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As the customer is not happy with the product hence she wants to return the product hence a replacement was given but the customer didn't agree for the replacement and she needs only refund hence request cannot be taken.
