[Resolved] Flipkart — duplicate copy of mobile bill | |||||
I purchased a samsung galaxy s7 on flipkart website on 21st september 2017. At the time of purchase there is samsung never mind offer. Under this offer a customer can replace his broken display of mobile screen for 990. My mobile screen was broken and i am eligible for this offer. I lost my original bill and i have invoice copy of bill and when i showed the invoice copy to samsung service centre they are asking for both the soft copy and original bill. Without this offer it costs 7700 to replace the screen. When i asked samsung service centre they said that flipkart will provide extra bill copy so please request them. When i am contacting the flipkart customer service they sent me soft copy which i have. I clearly stated to them that my request is to give duplicate copy of original bill. I requested them on 16th september and they said they will resolve and i made a number of calls and sent numerous mails to them. But they are not responding. I am asking for the bill copy but they are feeling as i asking for another mobile. Solve this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
