[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate or defective product redmi 2 phone | |||
I have purchased a REDMI 2 phone from FLIPKART.com Phone is not original as its MIKE is not working and unable to pass my voice over phone to other person. I initiated a request for return of product. I am Following with Flipkart people since week and have not received any resolution for my problem. I want to return the product but they are extending the communication over phone without any reason which is leading to unnecessary delay in the Process of return or exchange.
