[Resolved]  Flipkart — duplicate payment deducted for single handset purchase

I ordered 1 Redmi Note 5 Pro online through Netbanking. I got the phone on 15 of July..i did not see the bank statement for deduction today i observed that double amount was deducted from my account and No refund was provided.

Please refer attached trasaction and order confirmation.

Trying to reach the customer care but always getting busy tone.

Please refund the duplicate amount

Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited twice from the customer account. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has only received one time payment for the order. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.

I have received confirmation from bank that merchant has received the payment twice . I have forwarded you the same in response to Incident: IN[protected]. Please check again with Merchant.
