[Resolved] Flipkart — duplicate payment deducted for single handset purchase | |||
Order Number: OD[protected] Order Date: 12 July 12:05 PM I ordered 1 Redmi Note 5 Pro online through Netbanking. I got the phone on 15 of July..i did not see the bank statement for deduction today i observed that double amount was deducted from my account and No refund was provided. Please refer attached trasaction and order confirmation. Trying to reach the customer care but always getting busy tone. Please refund the duplicate amount Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 01, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited twice from the customer account. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has only received one time payment for the order. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.

I've paid for an order in Flipkart through debit card for a sum of 2596 Inr.. The amount was deducted but payment was failed..
