[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate Product Delivery | |||
Hi, I purchased a Samsung battery from you with order # OD[protected] on 25th Feb 2015, the product had a warranty of 6 months, from last week I was facing issue with the battery so I visited Samsung service cetre at Borivali West. Samsung guys check the QR code and said the battery is duplicate and denied to assist me. Does Flipkart sell duplicate products? This incident has spoiled all the belief I had on you guys. I will share my experience on social media, Friends and senior management @ Flipkart . I need a proper reason and reimbursement why this happened, else I will need to take my case to upbhokta foram or court as per required. Verified Support Aug 26, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he informed he used the battery and before 6 months getting over the battery stopped working and he checked with service center they have confirmed him the samsung battery is duplicate.
Informed customer to get us the job sheet so that we can escalate the issue and provide him resolution.
