We understand that the Wishmaster was unable to complete the pick up of the exchange product and this is not what you expected, we really don't want our customers to go through this. We're sorry to let you know that your order for 'Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB)' will be canceled as the exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines listed on the product page. Not to worry, you can place a new order using the exchange offer with another exchange product. Alternatively, you can also buy the product without availing the exchange offer. Here are a few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device: 1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted 2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent 3. The screen should be intact 4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process 5.
