[Resolved] Flipkart — Empty box . No phone inside. | |||
I recently ordered a Moto E through flipkart. Since COD was not available at my location, I undergone a online transaction through my Debit card. Even though standard delivery service like Ekart was available, my product was sent through Speed post. So as expected I have to wait longer as my product was coming through India post. But the worse part is that when I went to post office to receive my product, I found that the box was empty as I felt no weight in the box. I was not expecting this from Flipkart. This was the case of WS retail reseller. I have wasted nearly about half a month in purchasing in purchasing a product and I know that time will also be wasted in refunding process. Finally I am in a dilemma whether to order any mobile product from Flipkart because firstly it will take huge amount of time to deliver and secondly there is no gaurantee of the product. Verified Support Feb 18, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that he received the empty box with out opening the parcel and he felt that box was empty by weight. Informed customer that you would have open the box and check and we already initiated for refund. Hence closing the case.
