[Resolved] Flipkart — Escalation : Order #OD[protected] | |||
Hello Everyone, This is in regards to my Order #OD[protected] which is Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G. I had ordered this mobile from Flipkart on 18 June, 2015 2:11 PM, from one of my friend's account (Gagandeep501). This is the first time i used Flipkart for shopping and to be honest i found your site where you DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I would like to describe you what exactly the issue i am facing and i am not getting any positive respone or what i want from you guys. I bought this mobile from Flipkart on 18 June, And from the very first day i noticed Voice Disturbance issue in that mobile, hence i called your support to register complaint and i was assured that the issue will be resolved asap. I never heard anything from your side for approx 4 days, then i raised return request Via Flipkart app. I received a call from your support team asking me to perform some trouble shooting steps, which i did and you guys replaced my mobile for which i really appreciate your help. I received new cell day before yesterday and i came across the same issue then again i raised a complaint and now again your support team is asking me to perform same trouble shooting steps, which i dont see make any sense to perform troble shooting on a new cell and on the same issue. I am also working with IBM and working on servers all day so i better know where trouble shooting is required and where not. I have clearly mentioned that this is a known issue in all the MOTO E (2nd Gen) 4G Mobile phones as per motorola support as well. So my question is that, you FLIPKART, being such a big brand name provides this kind of service to your customers ?? When you can see that i am not satisfied with this mobile then why you are not ready to refund my money back. ???? Looking forward for a positive reaponse now, else i would have to go for CONSUMER FOROUM FOR RESOLUTION OF THIS MATTER…... Thank, Amit Raura [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
