[Resolved] Flipkart — exchange my phone | |||||
Hi, I have ordered redmi note 7pro mobile to replace with redmi note 4. My order has been replaced. Another day wise master came to my given address and said that in your phone have scratch on screen so i didn't replace your phone if you have money so you can pay and take the order otherwise i will cancel the order. I said that i have no money right now then after wise master cancelled my order and said that talk to customer care. I called to customer care. He said that we resolve the your problem 11aug 2019. I said ok and i call again on 11aug2019 same problem and he said need to more images of your phone and your problem will be resolve on 15aug2019. I said ok but my order cancel on 13aug2019. Again i call to customer care, he said that we have time to 15 aug2019 but till now my problem is not resolved. So i request to replace the my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
