[Resolved] Flipkart — exchange offered and then rejection done without consulting customer | |||
I placed my order on sunday evening in exchange of my old phone lenovo which was tested while placing order but the delivery guy rejected it claiming it's body is damaged. On talking to senior by phone they said vl send me someone else to deliver nd see to the matter but they didn't even called or responded. They simply rejected it by consulting me.
