FAKE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY BY FLIPKART I am a regular consumer of Flipkart from last couple of years, still facing tremendous from them. Purchased one Daikin AC on 18-Mar "OD[protected]", Delivered on 23-Mar. Through Flipkart logged Installation request to Daikin on 23-Mar "AMD[protected]". On 24-Mar, I got a message from Daikin informing about the service request, and provide local channel partner no. When I called they told, as I have purchased fron Flipkart not for their shop they will first complete their own customer installation. On 25-Mar, 2 Daikin Executive came and done partial installation and doesn't provide power connection, as they don't have enough wire. And collected Rs. 2000 as Installation charge. On 25-Mar Itself, I received a message from Daikin, stated that the service request is attended successfully, although it's not. On 26-Mar, same executive came and done some trick and collected Rs. 400 From my wife, and stated there is some problem in power, and he will come later. On 26-Mar, I called my Electrician to check the power, he found none of the wire is installed, also power is ok, they simply make us fool and gained Rs. 400. Till then, the person is not picking up the phone. And my hard earned money is displaying in front of me as a showpiece. Summary: I called Flipkart, and stated the entire story, neither the executive is interested to listen my problem, same time he asked me to wait another 2 days, also when I asked for refund, they told *t&c apply, and they can't help me any more. Now regretting, why I have done such a big purchase from Flipkart. If they can do this to a regular customer like me, what would happen for the other. This is the poorest after sales service, I ever had with Flipkart. WHAT WRONG WITH YOU GUYS, I ALWAYS APPRECIATE UR SERVICE, WHAT WENT WRONG?
