[Resolved] Flipkart — fake message/phone call received

I received the message in the early morning dated 21/12/2018 "you 1st winner flipkart online shopping 1st prize (Mahindra xuv500) amount prize rs-14, 85, 000.00 service charge rs - 8, 500/- contact me - [protected]" and at 10 am i received a phone call from [protected] about winning of prize and share details of bank and others so we credit the same in your account. I allready contacted and raise a complain on customer care number [protected] at 11.20 am. I request customer care and also other department look into matter and take the necessary action against the caller.

Really its surprising to me . I allready contacted your support team and raise the complaint about it . Kindly look into matter and do the needful. So I can buy frequently on flipkart
