[Resolved] Flipkart — Fake product delivered and not responding correctly for refund | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I had purchased one Lenovo battery from Flipkart which got delivered on 1st April and the same day while charging it got burst, luckily we are safe but one of our bedsheet as well as my father hand got injured. We are following for this issue with Flipkart from 2nd April and till now they have not resolved the issue. Everytime we will receive message from Flipkart as well as their delivery partner EKART which snapshot I m attaching below.they only fix the timing to receive parcel and again they only will cancel.
