Flipkart — Fake service!! Phone didn't got replaced | |||||
I ordered a phone ; Redmi 3s prime(32gb) dark grey of order id (OD[protected] on 26 February 2017 which got delivered on 4 march 2017 but after some days I found a problem in it so I complained about that to flipkart on 8 march 2017 for replacement of return ID[protected]). They sent an technician to verify the device's problem, then their technician assured me that My phone will get replaced by 15 march 2017 but that didn't happened they cancelled my replacement request and told me to go to the service center which was so rude. My phone is still under the still replacement policy but they are not getting it replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
