[Resolved] Flipkart — False promises to deliver early to take advantage of other companies | |||||
I had ordered tv order no: od[protected] with flipkart on 3rd oct and they promised to deliver on 5th oct. On 5th oct they changed delivery to 7th oct. On 7th oct again, they again changed delivery to 9th oct. Flipkart and its customer care continuously provides false information to take advantage of consumers by promising early delivery than other companies but do not deliver as promised and keep changing delivery dates. The delivery firm for flipkart, ekart logistics do not even have customer care support and it gets redirected to flipkart. They as partners seems to be cheating on consumers and this is my second time for me and i see lot of lot of similar complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||||
