[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty cell phone

I bought a moto m on 1st march however it keeps going on silent. Initially when i missed some called i thought i just didnt hear it but after a while a realised its a faulty device. I am in conversation with motorola for a week and all what they have done is, reset factry seeting. It is still not working. Clearly its leas than a month and the device came broken. Now i am looking for a replacement device but no one is helping me. They want me to go to the service center. It is 15 kms from my house. 2 trips wastes 2 days of mine. Also i do not have a phone to use. I think i deserve a replacement phone. I am not even looking for a return or refund. But no help from any one.

I don't even get a chance to click on to the buy now
and you guys show the product is out of stock
this time the product was added to my cart before placing the order it show me out of stock
