[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty cell phone | |||||
I bought a moto m on 1st march however it keeps going on silent. Initially when i missed some called i thought i just didnt hear it but after a while a realised its a faulty device. I am in conversation with motorola for a week and all what they have done is, reset factry seeting. It is still not working. Clearly its leas than a month and the device came broken. Now i am looking for a replacement device but no one is helping me. They want me to go to the service center. It is 15 kms from my house. 2 trips wastes 2 days of mine. Also i do not have a phone to use. I think i deserve a replacement phone. I am not even looking for a return or refund. But no help from any one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
